Highly regarded real estate agent, Martin Mulder, is the new Principal of Ray White Circular Quay promising to utilise his expertise in city real estate to build a strong team to deliver quality real estate service and advice.
“I have eight years real estate experience in Sydney’s CBD, so I am very familiar with the challenges of marketing inner city apartments and houses. In addition to sales we have an excellent property management division headed up Betty Drennan, the 2006 Real Estate Institute of NSW Property Manager,” Mr Mulder said.
Ray White Circular Quay is located in the exclusive Bennelong Building on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour with picture perfect views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. Mr Mulder admits it is a privilege to enjoy a coffee at work with such a wonderful backdrop, but the location also means the team is in a perfect position to manage apartments in Bennelong and right across the CBD.
“There are over 12 thousand apartments in the city, so around 95 per cent of our business is apartments. Marketing properties in the city requires specific skills because strata laws prevent signage, it is difficult to door knock because it is impossible to get into security apartment blocks, and half of our buyers do not live in the CBD. We understand this and have developed sophisticated marketing techniques and a comprehensive database of buyers to support our clients. We are also able to advise on the best metropolitan newspapers to advertise in.
“We are up front with our clients. We are direct and we tell it how it is, and develop a clear marketing plan that pin-points how we will market and sell their property,” Mr Mulder said.
Under the new direction Ray White Circular Quay team plans to expand and increase property management by 25 per cent., and add a number of new sales agents to the team.
“We are excited about the future and what we will achieve. The culture in the office is excellent; we have a team approach which maximises the support we can give our clients,” Mr Mulder said.
