Mr Hung exchanged contracts last week on a onebedroom-plus-study apartment in the Summit Apartments, George Street, for $490,000 to a first-home buyer.

Anthony Flood of Ray White Circular Quay said apartments in Sydney’sCBD were selling like hot cakes.OnFriday, he sold a studio apartment on Bond Street for $371,000.
